CC RJ 84 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Finally got to see the distinguished Chiropractor, Dr. Tyler Bigheno. It was well worth the 2.5 hr drive (my 2.5 hr drive is nothing compared to celebrities and other famous people from other countries who fly just to be seen by Dr. Tyler B.)
This was my first time to try chiropractic adjustments. (I already met my deductibles, so it was covered by my medical insurance).
I already know what to expect because I have been watching his chiro videos/reels—since I was already a fan of Dr. Tyler (because of Filipina celebrity, Francine Diaz) prior to making an initial appointment. I never had my bones cracked, though, so it was still different in reality compared to just watching his videos/reels.
To be honest, I have a lot of complex medical conditions, and some of them are chronic. I addressed them all to Dr. Tyler. I noted that I do suffer from cervical stenosis and cervical spondylosis, so Dr. Tyler did some adjustments on my neck (cervical spine). Overall, he was still able to do several chiropractic adjustments in spite of my medical conditions. He truly knows what he is doing. He is renowned for a lot of reasons. He was also able to tell me if he can’t do a specific adjustment and as to why.
From the get go, Dr. Tyler made me feel comfortable and thus, I was able to trust him fully. The cracks were amazingly smooth and spot on. Dr. Tyler warned me that my body will be sore the following day. Of course, the following day, my whole body was unbelievably sore until it just stopped that evening. After that, I felt so much better and it’s like nothing happened. The lingering pain on my neck prior to adjustments went away.
Although I know my recommendation is not needed, I would still highly recommend Dr. Tyler B. We all need the best and Dr. Tyler is one amazing Chiropractor. I won’t gatekeep him. If you need the best Chiropractor, it’s Dr. Tyler B.
P.S. I was fangirling low key 😂+2 Posted on Google
Emmanuelle Vergel de Dios 479 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Tyler was incredibly nice and really good at what he does. He made sure to make us comfortable before, during, and after our sessions. He explained why he does what he does while keeping the conversation light and fun, gave advice on how to prevent body pain, and shared some workout and stretching tips specifically for our ailments. We both left feeling much better and very glad we went. Highly recommended if you're in the area or even just passing through. Thanks again Doc for the great experience!+0 Posted on Google

Scott Kamiya - skot808 1611 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When in Rome you do what the Roman’s do…. You get an adjustment. Having seen the Instagram videos and people claiming relief, I had to try it.
Good response time and he squeezed me in. Honestly very different from other Chiropractors I’ve gone to. He is about corrective activities to prevent out of alignment. The Y strap literally you can feel all the way down to your tail bone.+3 Posted on Google
Cipriano Corral Jr 2573 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Dr. Bigenho for taking my needs into full consideration, and providing me with a great experience. I’ve been dealing with back pain and numbness due to a car accident, and it’s a great feeling to know that I have support in my recovery. This is the first time I’ve had a chiropractor show me the MRI scan pictures and pinpoint the areas on my lower back that needed attention. After checking in and having my results shown, I was taken into the warming up area, where I clearly felt the areas that needed adjusting. After being warmed up, I was adjusted from my neck down, relieving all the tension I had. With me just focusing on my lower back, it was great to know that Dr. Bigenho could analyze my posture and feel my joints, and take action to correct my neck without me revealing minor symptoms that I thought were attributed to stress. After the adjustments, I felt the relief on my lower back and the Y-strap decompression really helped get the relief I needed throughout my entire back. I walked out feeling like a brand new man ready to take on my old workout routine. Thank you again Dr. Bigenho, I will be back to continue my treatment as needed+0 Posted on Google

Jonathan Smith 185 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Dr. Tyler at Clean Spine through Instagram and knew I had to book when I was in LA and I’m SOOO glad I did.
He was incredibly personable and really took his time, not rushed at all. I felt every adjustment and knot he worked through (I was definitely “crunchy” 😂).
And that Y-strap… WOW. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the highlight. The instant relief was unreal, it literally felt like all the tension and pressure just left my body at once. I’ve never experienced anything like it.
Hands down the BEST chiropractor visit I’ve ever had, no question!! If you’re even thinking about it, go. You will not regret it. Posted on Google
Alvin L 201 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Decided to treat myself to a nice cracking session with Dr. Tyler Bigenho for my bday. He was easy to book with his online system, and I was happy to get a spot within a week.
The clinic was spotless and really new. My issue low key has a complicated history, so I appreciated when he really listened to my concerns patiently. He was really friendly and professional, and explained thoroughly what he was doing and why. He also had some newer tech that I’ve been wanting to try. Like the y strap pull I’ve been seeing online, and this crazy machine that allows my lower back to stretch out in all directions. It was definitely relieving and I’m so glad I went.
He was also really honest after the session, and didn’t feel I need to go in all the time. Just here and there for maintenance, if I wanted to. It was such a great bday gift for myself! I highly recommend him for all my friends and family. Posted on Google

Previously, my primary care referred me to a PT but they ended up roughing up my injury. After each PT visit, I would go through painful cycle that lasts a week to recover.
Even though Dr. Tyler is out of pocket, his treatments were effective and no pain after my treatments. Dr. Tyler is down to earth and a rockstar.
I am recovering well after only a couple of visits. Posted on Google

Chiropractic adjustment has been a vital part of my wellness for all my life. After my former chiropractor (of 20 plus years) moved out of state l was desperately searching for help with my chronic neck and back problems.
I've been adjusted by over two dozen chiropractors in my life and know what a good adjustment feels like.
I can honestly say that Dr. Tyler is one of the best...if not the best. Posted on Google

The adjustment was solid, and he worked on areas I didn’t even realize were contributing to the problem. It wasn’t just a quick crack and move along. You can tell he really cares about getting to the root of what’s going on.

Unlike other clinics where treatments feel rushed, Dr. Tyler invests the time needed to ensure you receive the proper care tailored to your needs. He takes the time to explain your situation in detail and gives honest advice, never trying to push unnecessary visits or extra treatments. I genuinely appreciate how upfront he is, suggesting only what’s necessary rather than trying to upsell or pressure you into frequent visits.

Joyce the Dentist (JOYCETHEDENTIST) 1832 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WOW. Dr. Tyler is IT.
So I'm a dentist and my back is an absolute nightmare. I also just had a kid last year and let me tell you that at first the baby is light but they slowly get heavier and 10 months later they are huge. Carrying him, picking him up, and just letting him crawl all over me has done a number on me. It was time for some real help.
I had been looking for a good chiropractor bc I knew I needed it but I didn't know who to trust with my back. I use my body for a living so its really important to me to find someone with a good reputation and knows what they are doing.
Dr. Tyler explained what he was doing, evaluated my muscles first, loosened them up paying particular attention to repetitive movements I do as a dentist, and then really figured out what was going on with my spine. I appreciated the level of education and the customized adjustments.
At the end, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I was even shocked at my increased mobility when I was driving home. You never realize how stiff you can become and I learned I need to give my back a little more TLC than I have been.
Highly recommended! You are in safe hands. Posted on Google

I was hesitant to try out a Chiropractor as I have heard many horror stories along with being told that all Chiropractors want is to ensure you come back to keep taking your money. Clean Spine is not that kind of practice. Dr. Tyler has a work ethic of honesty and integrity and he is very thorough throughout your session. He explains his process while keeping you distracted to feel less nervous. After my session I definitely felt lest tense and it felt like a weight was lifted off my back. I get super excited knowing that after my visit with him, my body is going to feel amazing and fixed. Very thorough in asking and examining your body to see what state it is in. Then after, he goes to work! Obviously, my favorite part is the Y-Strap. Talk about relief! The best feeling in the world. It looks scary but trust me, you will feel amazing. I live an hour away from him and the drive is always worth it. Posted on Google

Meeting Tyler, and going to Clean Spine was a game changer for me and everyone else I have referred to him. It's been years since I went to a Chiropractor, and I was beginning to doubt if Chiropractors would ever work for me. But, that all changed after my first visit with Tyler. I've seen a noticeable difference after my adjustment, I have no pain, my posture is impeccable, and literally can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience. I now go every few months to ensure that I am always at my best. Posted on Google

Carol Paik 2210 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Tyler is AMAZING! I was suffering from chronic back pain for weeks and went to multiple places nearby where I live in Los Angeles to get treatment. I tried acupuncture and two other chiropractors before, but no one was able to heal and treat my pain properly. After searching for other doctors, I found Dr. Tyler and even though he is located in Newport Beach, I had to try one of his treatments because the Y-Strap technique seemed interesting and beneficial for me. When I went to the office, Dr. Tyler was caring, patient, and knowledgeable about my case. I appreciated how attentive he was compared to other doctors and really listens to your issues. Honestly, I never went to a chiropractor who spent the full session actually working his hands and sharing his knowledge to help you out. Usually other places give you one adjustment and hook you up to a machine for the remainder of the session. However, Dr. Tyler really puts his effort to make you feel better and cares for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Tyler and will be coming back if I ever have any future back issues. I am so grateful to be able to walk properly and not have anymore pain! Posted on Google
Taylor Vasu 2225 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been coming to see Dr. Tyler for a few months now because I was having consistent migraines (3x-4x a week) that were absolutely debilitating. Not only have they almost completely gone away but my back, neck and spine feel so much better instantly after I see him. I know it sounds like a miracle worker and that’s because he kind of is. It’s really nice not having to constantly take Advil or Excedrin every other day.
Tyler is super personable and really knowledgeable about what he does plus the office is always clean and organized when I come in. It helps to have someone not only understand that I was in pain but could also fix my day to day quality of life.
The massage therapist, McKenzie is also incredible too. Clean sheets, soft music and eucalyptus smells... McKenzie is really good a working through all the knots and aches. They make a great team!! Posted on Google

Dr. Tyler is a knowledgable and personable chiropractor that genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. I finally found a chiropractor that performs the Y-strap adjustment in my area - an adjustment technique in most cases instantaneously relieves all back pain. My first y strap adjustment didn’t quite get the pain out but Dr. Tyler kindly gave me a short second visit complimentary for another try at it. 2 sessions healed my back and I am walking pain free again. Very grateful to have met him and would 100% recommend. Posted on Google

I got into a car accident a few years ago that messed up my back. I went to a chiropractor for 6 months and never felt any better. I love getting my back cracked, but I've been so terrified of chiropractors since then. To be honest, I thought all chiropractors just make you sign a paper and put you on a massage bed for 30 minutes.
Then... I found Dr. Tyler. He did an amazing job loosening all the tension in my shoulders and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. He's so professional, but also such a chill guy to have a conversation with. He truly cares about his patients and making sure they feel better. Totally worth the one hour drive.

He takes his time, fully adjusts you, uses traditional and non traditional techniques (such as the ystrap) not to mention he is super friendly, personable, and not out just for money. After my first time I was instantly ready schedule again "take all my money--" lol . However, he wanted to be honest. He didnt kmownif i would have a significant impact worth coming back, due to my extreme spinal compression, etc.. Kaiser was just trying to push surgery and drugs on me. Joaquin Garcia 2484 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr Bigenho is the BEST Chiropractor that has treated me, I had been in pain for over 3 months with most nights not being able to sleep and being in excruciating pain in the mornings when I get off of bed and to get on and off my vehicle, 100% of the day i was in pain and not being able to do any activities, I had steroid shots that would only help for a couple days at most and steroid pills and ibuprofen, muscle relaxers. Recently had an MRI and have a large L4 L5 herniated disk, the back specialist recommended epidural shot and that this is too large of a herniated disk and it will not just go away, if epidural doesnt help I should consider back surgery, I was loosing hope on being able to be functional and being able to play with my kids. I have seen Dr. Bigenho for 4 visits now and I am now without pain during the day and able to sleep, I am 80% better, Best thing about Dr Bigenho Is that he didnt just adjust me and move on to next patient like all other chiropractors I have visited, he listened recommended and guided me step by step on excercises , stretches, healthy eating advice. I recommend him to anyone even if you are far away, I drive 1 hour to see him instead of 5 min to my old chiropractors. He has done the Y Strap Adjustment on me and it has been Great. Thank You Dr. Bigenho! Posted on Google

We recently had the opportunity to take my Grandma to go see Dr. Tyler Bigenho. And she immediately informed me she felt a very good vibe from Dr. Bigenho and felt comfortable from the start. My grandma has had spinal surgery and over the years has complain about pain in her hip and would walk with a small hunch in her back to try to alíviate the pain.
Dr. Bigenho did was he does best and help alíviate the pain. My grandma instantly felt relieve and informed us her pain had tremendously gone down. While she was a bit sore the pain was more manageable. She was instructed to do a few simple exercises to get her muscles moving again. Which to our surprise has been doing them.
Just to be able to hear how my grandma was explaining to us how she felt with a smile on her face made this experience amazing. But major props to Dr. Bigenho for helping my Grandma and proving her with a great session. Posted on Google

Millad Fattahi 2523 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For a guy that's played sports his whole life I have the typical aches and pains all around my body. But the transition to a desk life after college just made it worse.
I have neck pain quite often. It used to be so bad that if I slept a certain way or without my Tempur-pedic pillow I would wake up with a migraine and my whole day would be ruined. I've been to chiropractors in the past and they actually helped but my experience with Dr. Tyler has been quite unique. He knows the my history of neck problems from back in the days when I played basketball and other sports. From the first time I visited him it was obvious that he had had experience treating my type of neck pain. In addition he offered what I had been looking for but hadn't been able to find around the Orange County area... the Y-strap adjustment!
Oh man I can't even count how many times I've watched videos of people receiving the Y-strap adjustment just praying to try it myself one day. I was thrilled when Dr. Tyler told me he had the experience and training to perform the technical treatment. All I can say is... it was freaking awesome! I honestly think Dr. Tyler is slowing changing my life with every treatment.

Nicole Drexl 2526 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Tyler Bigenho is, without question, the best chiropractor I have ever been to! Surprisingly, what landed me in his office wasn’t back pain or neck pain, but pain in my elbow that radiated down into my hand. My next visit was for hip pain, hip flexor to be specific (I am 27, not 87). At each of these visits he was very patient and asked various questions to find the true source of my pain. He ensured I completely understood my treatment options and answered each of my questions until I was comfortable with the approach we were taking. Dr. Bigenho went above and beyond to provide me with stretches and exercises that would allow me to continue improving my health and wellness long after I had left his office.
While my first couple visits seem outside the typical range for chiropractic care (who knew your spine affected all parts of your body), the most recent visit was a bit different. I called Dr. Bigenho to schedule an appointment since I had a persistent headache lasting almost a week and knew that chiropractic care could help with headaches. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule, and by the time I reached the parking lot to return home, my headache was gone!! I have never experienced such complete and immediate relief that lasts! I would highly recommend Dr. Bigenho to all my friends and family and I trust that they too would walk out of his office feeling better than when they got there! Posted on Google

I hurt my right shoulder at the gym a while back and after a couple of months the pain wouldn't go away. I had never seen a chiropractor before but I decided to give it a try. My friend recommended Dr. Tyler Bigenho in Huntington Beach and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was a little nervous at first, but he made me feel comfortable and let me know exactly what he was going to do. He did a lot of painful deep tissue massage work and then aligned my neck and body back into place. After it was over, I felt more relaxed and gained a lot more mobility in my shoulder.
Most importantly, he taught me exercises I can do at the gym so I can strengthen my shoulder back up. I would 100% recommend Dr. Tyler Bigenho to anyone looking for a chiropractor in OC. Posted on Google

As an avid runner I find myself needing the care of a chiro often and he is the closest thing to a sports chiropractor I’ve ever been under the care of. My frequency of visits has gone down significantly compared to past chiropractors and I attribute this to his holistic life style minded approach. Our fitness levels are pretty equivalent which allows him to give me advice (that is actually useful) on stretching, fluid motions and body dynamics during activities. Being an athlete, it’s hard to find someone who understands all that your body needs to recover and make you stronger and better. Tyler checks all of those boxes and makes sure I’m more then taken care of by the time I leave.
