We accept all OUT OF NETWORK PPO Blue Cross, Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, ILWU and more. We are happy to offer a complementary benefit analysis to determine what chiropractic and massage therapy services your insurance will cover. We do NOT accept Kaiser. We ARE providers for the VA Choice through Tri-West.

Note: Blue Shield of California has changed their policies to severely limit the amount of reimbursement for Chiropractic Services. If you plan to use this insurance, it more than likely won’t work in our office..

If you do not have insurance or are participating in an HMO plan, you will be a “Cash Patient”. We accept credit/debit/HSA+FSA.

NOTE: DEDUCTIBLES WILL APPLY. IF YOU HAVE NOT MET YOUR DEDUCTIBLE YOU WILL BE CHARGED BY THE CASH RATE.

Those electing to use insurance will be charged based on your Copay and Deductible.
