Insurance Information
We accept most out-of-network PPO plans, including Blue Cross, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, ILWU, and others.
We’re happy to offer a complimentary benefits check to help you understand what chiropractic or massage therapy services your insurance may cover.

• We are providers for VA Choice through TriWest
Important note about Blue Shield of California:
Blue Shield has significantly reduced reimbursement for chiropractic services. Coverage may be very limited in our office.
Cash & HMO Patients
If you do not have insurance or are enrolled in an HMO plan, you will be considered a cash patient.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA.
Card Payment Processing Fee
A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.
Cash and other non-card payment methods do not include a processing fee.
Please note:
Deductibles apply. If your deductible has not been met, services will be charged at the cash rate.
Patients using insurance are responsible for their copay and deductible amounts.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full visit fee.
